As soon as you're ready! Once you reach out to us, we will arrange for a friendly member of our team to visit you at home, hospital or hotel. This visit is all about getting to know you your needs, preferences, and what matters most to you. Together, we will create a personalised care plan designed to suit your lifestyle and health routine. Once you are completely happy with the plan, and your family is too if involved, we can begin your care service right away. We will send you two to three profiles of carers who would match and have been competency trained to meet your individual preferences.
We understand that life changes and so can your care. If your needs become more complex, or you discover you are managing better than expected, we will adjust the plan to fit you. Whether it is adding a little extra support or scaling things back, your care plan remains flexible and can be updated whenever necessary. We are here to support you, wherever life takes you.
At this time, we provide personal care for adults only. However, we’re always here to listen and discuss your family’s needs. We may be able to recommend some outstanding child care providers. All our carers are specially trained to support adults with compassion and dignity. We accept a variety of payment methods, including cheques drawn on a UK bank account, all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), cash, and travellers’ cheques.

We are also very supportive of our care professionals as we believe taking good care of them in the office fuels them to take care of you in your home environment. All our staff go through a thorough recruitment process, where we ensure full compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and checks through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). We take great care in selecting individuals who are not only skilled but also compassionate and dedicated.
To maintain excellence, we carry out regular observations, spot checks, and performance reviews in the form of appraisals and 1-2-1 meetings. Our carers also take part in ongoing continuous professional development training to continually grow their skills and stay up to date with best practices in care.
